Gregory P. Perigard
About
For over twenty-five years, Gregory P. Perigard has had the pleasure of concentrating his legal practice on the representation of individuals who suffered severe injuries in workplace accidents, automobile accidents, and commercial truck crashes. In his career Mr. Perigard has successfully represented hundreds of individuals before the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission and in the trial courts of Virginia and Washington, DC. By specializing in Virginia workers’ compensation cases and personal injury cases, including the representation of law enforcement officers, fire fighters, and other first responders, Mr. Perigard has developed the experience and knowledge to skillfully and efficiently direct each case through the complex legal system. He has established a reputation as a tireless advocate on behalf of those who are injured in the workplace or as a result of the negligence of others. Mr. Perigard directs his practice to seek justice on behalf of injured individuals who do not have the ability to speak for themselves.
Mr. Perigard has lectured extensively on issues involving Virginia workers’ compensation law and personal injury law. He has also proudly served as counsel for many members of law enforcement and fire fighter local employee organizations and continues to receive referrals from those organizations.
Mr. Perigard has resided in Northern Virginia for over thirty years. He currently resides in Centreville and enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and two children.
Community Involvement
Commits a significant amount of time to the community through his involvement in his church and coaching youth sports. Lectured extensively throughout Virginia on personal injury and workers’ compensation law.
